The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) requires all commercial backflow devices to be tested once per year. These regulations apply to domestic, fire and irrigation systems equipped with commercial backflow prevention devices used to protect the public water system in the Centennial Water service area.

Who performs the testing?
How much does it cost and how do I pay for the test?
Will I get a copy of the report?
What happens if the backflow device dos not pass the test?
