Centennial Water & Sanitation District has provided water and wastewater services to Highlands Ranch residential and commercial customers for more than four decades. Centennial Water is a special district governed by a five-member board of directors. The following documents provide essential information on how the district operates. Rules and Regulations

These Rules and Regulations are adopted by the Board of Directors of the Centennial Water and Sanitation District in accordance with the authority contained in Title 32, Article I, Part 10, C.R.S.

Exhibit A – Rates, Charges and Restrictions
It is the responsibility of the builder/developer to contact Centennial Water offices for changes. Fees are typically adjusted in January (rates) and October (tap fees) each year.
