Citizen Engagement Committee

The Citizens Engagement Committee (CEC) will meet at the request of the Centennial Water Board of Directors to provide feedback on the organization’s annual operating budget and a variety of special projects. These projects may include certain water conservation and efficiency programs, update of Centennial Water’s website and community outreach.

CEC members will serve a two-year term. Committee members are expected to participate in an orientation and attend at least three of four quarterly meetings annually.

To be eligible, interested individuals must be a resident or property owner in Centennial Water’s boundaries, and they must be 18 years or older.

Desired qualifications include:

  • An interest in the water and wastewater industry.
  • The ability to serve as a liaison to the community.
  • The ability to work and communicate effectively with others.

CEC members will gain understanding in the operation and financing of the district and provide input to the Centennial Water Board of Directors on a variety of topics.
